I am....
I am woman
Hear me roar
I am loud
yet unheard
I am everywhere
And still unseen
LOOK AND LISTEN!!
To my words
To my voice
Deemed unimportant
By those who think they are
Just because they have money
to burn
Or more friends on facebook
than is statistically possible
without a few being fake
Or all being fake
Probably the latter
I am not like them
And thats why Im not
worthy
Of their acceptance
Of their love
Of them
I am nothing
I am useless
I am to be ignored
and to be left alone
So I SCREAM
To the heavens
and to hell
and the earth inbetween
Yet Im never heard
Never seen
I am non-existant
irrelevant
and unimportant
still unimportant...
Maybe to them
or even to you...
But to me
My voice matters
And your voice matters
And their voice matters too
But just because they are them
And we are us
Doesnt mean anyone is more important than anyone else
I am a soldier of love
A warrior for peace
An Amazonian Goddess
poised for battle
battle of the mind
battle of the soul
A battle of wills
Because I will not be ignored
I am....over the top sometimes
Or most of the time
Or all of the time
But its only because I have to be
Because eventually someone will listen
They have to eventually...
if I keep screaming...
