Eight new neurons
Three new friends
Our love of life
Never ends

Stories
Unfolding
Blooming into a
Forest of
hearts

Warmth flows
hand to
hand
carried on a
sparkling river of
knowledge

Memories drift
flying
forward
into the
future

Breaking bridges
forging friendships
becoming joined
as one

Emotions soaring
through the air
maturing minds
becoming fair

Moving forward through night and day
Together we rise
Each moment as one
Through uniqueness and light

I co-authored this poem with a friend of mine and we read it a our exhibition. It is written about the entire seventh grade of our school.
