Soon your troubles will be over, and you will sleep
Remember every day
That following it is a night
Where nothing can hurt you
Because I am here
Protecting your dreams
And holding everything together
You might not see me
No one always does
But if you have faith,
I’ll never leave your side

I will guard you as you rest
Keep others out at your request
For nothing matters more to me
Than giving sleep to the weary.
