The different sounds it makes
The various ways the voice blends in
The place it takes
Me when I begin to listen
The low beats of the drums
The high melody of the piano
The singer’s hums
The smaller sounds that complete the song
The different tones
The pitch of the voice
Shivers my bones
Yet with the softness in the voice
Embracing the sounds
Enjoying the hums
Singing along to the song
Brings out the true beauty in the song
The sound of music
Makes my ears keep coming back for more
The feelings it gives me
Makes me feel like I can soar
