Confused

I am confused. I am lost in my mind. Nothing ever goes right. I need help. But no one will seem to help. everyone thinks i am faking everything. they just need to stop judging me. i just need someone to help. Well someday everything will go right and i wont be confused and wont be lost in my mind. I just think a lot and i over think.
