A billowing whisper
Hair dark as night
A sun before me,
gliding from the heavens
A dress, pale, bright,
Silk crashing like waves,
A dark ribbon, velvet.
Dark as blood on stone
Skin clear of blemishes,
Eyes a fiery calm,
Lips a flourish of red,
Hair lush and rich
A voice of beauty
singing a tune.
Wondrous she is,
this fairy
