Me.
The world is blind
They can't see behind
The cloak I use
To hide my eyes.
They close their minds
Killing
Everyone's
light.
Who am I anymore?
I'm not the same
As before.
Could I be one of them?
The ones who
Kill
The ones who
Break
The few pure souls
The world has left.
I look in the mirror
Afraid of myself
Of what I have become.
Wishing only for the person
I once was.
For a change,
I will stop
Frowning upon others
And start
with the one
In the mirror.
Me.
