It’s not their fault
The anger,
The tears,
The stress,
The memories
They did not ask for these scars
The blood
The screams
The terror
The fight
They do not mean to hurt you
The isolation
The yells
The mental pain
They are hurting too
Physically,
Mentally,
Psychologically too
These memories are painful
What they saw cannot be explained
The memories just keep them
Crying and in pain
They are just victims

They are the sufferers
