She woke in despair

Seeing wings black, eyes shallow and cold

Her skin so white it shines

Clothes were to small...Yet to big

She wasn't beautiful anymore

No white or golden wings

Eyes showing the sea

Everything was taken away

Now she lives with this curse...

This curse forever

I wanted to describe how something beautiful can transform into something cold but still be the most beautiful thing in the world.
