I feel it there
Stretching out like an eternity
In the little breath between words
Like everyone is too scared to say
Maybe we should
And no one wants to answer
Yeah I think so
I feel it there
Hanging
Tenuous and over-wrought
Like a thousand tiny whispers of doubt
Snaking down my phone line
To yours
All those unsaid things
I have to go
Okay
There again
That space
Hup.
That little breath
Then
I love you
I love you too
I feel it there
Stretching out like an eternity
