Lonely Days

It’s one of those days-
Those lonely days-
When the sky cries
While I do, too.
It’s a lonely day,
A day when I miss having someone lying beside me.
Holding me.
Touching me.
Caressing me.
Loving me.
I have an urge to feel someone else’s body against mine,
Kissing their way into my heart.
Accepting every inch of my imperfect body,
Making me feel immortally perfect.
It’s one of those days-
Those lonely days-
When I cry,
Because I miss you.
