“No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.”
― Eleanor Roosevelt, This is My Story

When I picture you
I always see you in motion
In Connor’s loss so much more is gained
When I think about
What the L. family has been through
I try to remain true
To what he would want us to do
Don’t mourn his death
Celebrate his life
In his spirit
Take on life
And never fear it
Remember his belief
Hold It Wide Open
Though life may be brief
Don’t spend it in grief

This is one of the many poems I have written for a boy who lost his life at a young age, he will for ever be in our hearts. I write for him and his family because I know it will bring a smile to their faces, and that's the least I can do. "Hold It Wide Open" -CTL #767
