Its the crunch of the leaves,
The smell of fall.
Thanksgiving and Halloween,
I like it all.
The fair is in town,
that brings my excite.
Between hot and cold,
the temperatures just right.
I think its perfect,
that summer is leavin'.
That is why,
falls my favorite season.

The author's comments:
The seasons are changing from summer to fall. I wrote this piece because every time I look out the window I see beautiful colored leaves!!
