I want to rest like a chair,
lean back for once.
I want to lie down like a bed.
And never get up.
I want to have a switch.
Can you turn me off?
I want to be useful, like a purse…with only the important things.
I want to be like this carpet. Would you want to stay?
I want to be a mirror. Reflect
I want to be a napkin,
lets dry someone’s tears…
no questions asked
I want to be like a charger,
only there when needed.
I want to be a picture frame holding it all together.
And I want to be like a room,
for someone to live in, to remain – Please stay!
But I am just me
