You Bury Me

You saved me
From myself,
From the beehive
Parading my thoughts
In their mad little circles
'Round my mad little head.

You ruined me
For anyone else
Who might wish to ruin me -
Forever I am branded
By an invisible hand upon my shoulder,
Guiding me and claiming me.

You'll bury me
Because I will not bury you;
Because both of us know
That I'll die first if given the chance.

Wow. This really touched me. I thought this poem was really deep and you dug deeper in your heart than anyone ever has. It was a great poem and I really liked it.
