Whoosh, Whoosh
Goes the lovely lace veil
With ease in the breeze
On the bleak island of Crete
Lonesome and abandoned
Like the soul that once wore it
Bewitching and beautiful
But not enough
Swoosh, Swoosh
Went the elegant, enticing veil
Blown away in the gust
Never good enough
