The anger you instill,
The anger you inspire
Within my worn heart-
Unfathomable.
The storm within my eyes,
You see not- I assume.
Selfish desires blind you
From my despair.
While I tear at my heart,
Wrestle with agony,
Your daggers continue
Stabbing and slicing
My love.
Monstrous hurt
(personalized anger)
Blinds me in turn
To the good you’ve committed.
