sadness hits like a wave on to the sandy shore
washing away reasons to live
the desire for life
in a split second everything is washed away
the water has slipped through your fingers
and you're alone
alone with sadness as your only company
the last thing you cling to
before you fall away
and let the wave drowned you in the sea
