I close my eyes in sorrow
I question what I see
Its all just one big blur
I question reality

The pain of never having
anything to feel
takes its toll inside
it escalates the fear

As I walk my path of anger
The lights begin to fade
then I come to realize
the sun never rose today

It all just seems so fake
was it ever real?
I ask myself the question
I bow my head in shame

The noise that never stops
is driving me insane
the constant battle with time
the catalyst of pain

On this bed of nails I lay
Darkness all I see
way too close for comfort
beyond the pale it seems

The pain of never having
anything to feel
takes its toll inside
it escalates the fear
