To Fear, I would give a gift
That it may not be alone,
For Fear is only as noble as time permits.

That it be drunk off anticipation,
Let it sleep a deep sleep,
That one could grasp at Reason's door handle.
That Fear would be high off bravery,
There be only hope
That air would lift such a boulder,
From Sanity's door.
For Fear needs not the sword,
Nor the shield.

To Fear I would give
Only a meek man's courage.
