we all to war with a smile on our faces because we are friends of death himself.

You walk in
intentions pure as gold
but i shy away
my eyes glassy and cold
You notice I refuse to smile anymore
you hold me gently and rock me on my floor
You push up my sleeves and see the cuts fresh and deep
you place your head in your hands and start to weep
I sigh but don't offer one small peep
I hold you and I don't pull away
You with I'm not scared I want you to stay
You sigh and I see another tear slip down your face
I kiss you and fall into your passionate embrace
Your my guardian angel and when push comes to shove
you'll always be the one that I unconditionally love
