He's playing with my heart,
but its my favorite game.
You put me on the shelf,
all for yourself,
and now I can only blame myself.
You put me on a line,
and hung me out to dry.
But where I really belong,
is with you.
The sunshine reflects in your eyes;
because it shows how bright your soul is,
and how warm your heart is.
I hold that necklace,
in the palm of my hand,
just to help me fall asleep each night.
I hold it like its the only thing I own to my name,
I hold it so close to my heart.
This shirt I wear,
reminds me of you.
Its yours,
and I love it.
I love you.
Theres just something about you,
that shines so brightly.
Thats what caught my eye.
Still to this day,
I dont know what it was that made me fall so fast.
Whatever it was,
it flipped over a boat of emotions,
feelings you cant get rid of.
Theyre feelings that have buried themselves,
just so deeply in your heart.
It makes you smile,
to make you want to sing ever word aloud.
It's amazing,
its great.
Its beyond the best feeling.
Its something you dont ever want to leave.
That moment you wish you could freeze,
for eternity.
Wishing on everything possible,
for that warmth you embrace me with,
comes on so strong.
That embrace,
that love.
Its what the world is without.
What the world is jealous of,
and what they wish they had also.
Our kind of love.
If we dive into the future,
just as a sneak peek,
i want to see what our life would be like.
I want to be with you for forever.
I want you to be the man I marry.
A day without you,
is a day that should never be.
Your name is engraved in my heart,
and forever it shall stay.
