silence is a word
no one's ever heard.
it troubles a little girl
since she lives inside my head.
but what might she be thinking of?
life, pain, of God?
no that girl is thinking,WHAT THE HELL IS LOVE?
love is a thing she rarely sees
love spits at her tears and laughs at her pleas.
it troubles a little broken girl
since that broken girl is me.
