There were never pavement roads
Only a stream of clear water
There were never cars or vehicles
Only long and skinny boats
Dark men and women
Sing lullabies
About love and passion
Nothing goes wrong
When the red sun touches the village
The tiny houses reflect
Children run across the bridge
It’s my home
My heritage
