Half full or half empty?
Oh that obnoxious cliche for quick assumptions!
I don’t care to answer
Either way it’s in the middle
The liquid sits and waits for judgement dumbed down to the odds for a 50/50 chance
That’s what pennies are for
No; my cup doesn’t passively wait
because I’d fill my cup
I’d take away preconceived odds and control my glass to hold all it can
Let’s say my cup is filled with water, I’d fill it to the brim
Viscosity would hold the level to a point right over the glasses’ edge
But that wouldn't be enough and I’d take one more drop
Rippling towards the outside world, the mold would break and the water would flow
Don’t give me the option of what my glass will be
It is mine
