That moment,
when it hits you,
like a thousand baseballs.
That moment
when it comes to you,
in boldface print.
That moment,
when you realize
the truth.
I’m strong,
I’m weak,
I’m rich,
I’m poor,
I’m pretty,
I’m not.
That moment,
When the world ends,
or begins.
That moment,
when it hits you,
like a slap in the face.
And then,
You realize.
