Do you want to comment on my life? Comment on my status
Do you want to follow me and tell me what you think? Tweet me
Do you want to talk to me? FB chat me
Do you want ignore our conversation? Read it and don't reply
Do you want to witness something beautiful? Look at my photo-shopped photo's
Do you want to meet me? Skype me
Do you want to know me? Look at my information box
Do you want to know my age? Sorry that's private

Now you know me, right? No.

The author's comments:
Our lives, as teenagers, are all about social networking. We let strangers into our lives, even our friends. But do they know you? Do they even care about you? Or do they find it all entertaining? There is nothing more sad and tragic than to see people talk on a social networking site and never see them in the flesh. The corruption of these sites will cause a social brain drain. No-one is who they are on facebook, or twitter etc, they are the Internet version, they can create a whole new image, but is that moral, is that right? This poem is a farce of how we treat each-other in society in the modern age. Take from it whatever you want, injustice or truth, it's up to you.
