Senses gone, just like that
Eyes
No fake smiles
Or pursed lips
Now I am seeing light
Ears
No people laughing
Or small cries
Now I am hearing silence
Nose
No strong perfume
Or expensive lotion
Now I am smelling air
Tongue
No bitterness from hate
Or sourness
Now I am tasting reward
Body
No slaps on the face
Or scratches
Now I am feeling alive
Soul
No pain from you
Or memories
Now I am… Free
