Here I am,
Close to you,
Looking at you,
Looking for me.
Words exchanged,
Deep desires told,
Staring at the emotion,
Waiting for recognition.
Your hand in mine,
So strong and sure,
A gentle pat,
A kind word.
My constant companion,
Finds time away,
No time for me,
To make you see.
Laugh love off,
With silence,
Shatter it to pieces,
Don't get pricked.
Here I am,
Close to you,
Looking at you,
Unable to see me.
