Favorite Quote:
-There are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt of in your philosophy. (Shakespeare, Hamlet)

It's just a waterfall,
falling in slow-motion.
I've lost track of it all,
I haven't got a notion.
The water's speeding up now,
and it's taking me, too.
Time's flying faster than I'd allow,
but what else can I do?

The author's comments:
I wrote this for and english assignment. The teacher gave us one of our vocabulary words, temporize, (to delay or avoid committing oneself in order to gain time) and we had to write a poem using that word as our title. This was my result. As people living in a world that is always rushing forward, I think (hope!) that others will be able to relate. Enjoy!
