Up on my cloud
I see all below
The happy and sad
The good and bad
The power to see
But not to be
The world is a cruel
But tender place
A harsh fire
Or sweet embrace
From the wedding on the beach
To the soldier in the sand
The couple at prom
Or kids with no hands
I can feel the love
Between the sick in bed
With the family close by
And the father at war
With a family that cries
What makes a man
To laugh or cry
To smile or die
The world turns on
And I see all
