Secrets
She’s broken
Smiling on the outside even though she’s dying on the inside
Trying to hold it together
Wondering when it all fell apart
How? When? Why me?
All the questions she asks herself every night
woulddn’t think that this is who she really is
It’s sick isn’t it?
That someone like her can be stuck in this mess
What have I done to deserve this?
No answer of course
It’s funny how you can feel so alone
Even in a crowded room
Getting tired of playing the role of a happy person
No one would ever expect her to be this way
But then again
Everyone has a secret
