Missing Homework

It was 10 at night with nothing to write
It was a really scary fright.
When the aliens came and took everything.
They took my bed, they took my lead,
They said next was my head.
The aliens zapped everything
From my toys to my Mickey Mouse,
At least they skipped the couch.
When they got to the table
They cut the cable
When they saw a paper with a question
They saw it wasn't to perfection
So they cut and ripped
Until they broke their hip
Excuses excuses see no more
This all really happened before.
