Mickey the mumbler was a word stumbler
No one could understand him
His words were a mixture
Of noises and fixtures
All speaking junctures had banned him
Mickey the mumbler was a word jumbler
A sentence was torture to hear
He’d moan and he’d groan
As each word would drone
‘Til they’d make you cover your ears
Mickey the mumbler
Was a word tumbler
‘Til one day I kicked his shin
He yelled at me loud
And clearly would shout
He’d never mumble again
