Two Halves of a Heart

Holes in my heart,
We're growing apart.
Fate brought us here,
We're no longer near.
The happiness will change,
I am acting strange.
The glistening moon,
Brings death quite soon.
A heart of two has stopped,
In half it was chopped.
Forever apart,
Two halves of a heart.
