Brood over things that happened long before,
faces you see and can't ignore,
mistakes that I cant help but make,
words and actions I wish I could take,

Back

I'll only lock them away again,
far to a place where I can amend,
now there's nothing I may do,
no way to shake the feeling of loosing you,

Go

To the place where I belong,
reliving things so far gone,
seeing the thoughts swim my mind,
wonder if I'll last as long as your kind,

Repeat

These memoirs in my head,
images that flash as I lay in bed,
surround myself when I close my eyes,
nothing new to cancel the lies,

Finding

These things are hard to run from,
no where to go and no where to come,
regrets are perhaps my greatest mistakes,
thinking things over when it gets late,
now I cant go back and change the past,
but I'll try my best to stay on track,
make sure I approve of every moment I make,
so then I'll never have any more about myself to hate.

Hey Kennedy, this one's great; I love the double layers of words with double meanings
