Reminiscing a beautiful Christmas morning
Child running down each step briskly
As their little face enlightened with the thrilling
Sensations of opening their wrapped gifts
Thought by them to be from Santa Claus
For have they been good all year
To receive a new Bike or the new game of Wizard of Oz
Or, when mother prepare hot cocoa
And the smell just invade the house
As it leaves everybody wonders in an endless feeling
Of a relaxing and welcoming sensation in their own home
Perhaps, when the choir sings the Christmas song
And everybody just assemble into one
To listen to that beautiful carol being sung
By such voices resembling as angel’s
Surely, when the feeling you get on Christmas day
Is of to be with someone
And not alone
To bow on knees to pray
For you are home
And not away
