"I really found the simple things live closest to your heart, I'm not alone because I live inside a world that is my own"

I always saw you
But I never knew you
You were bound by a chain
That dragged you down so far down
All the warning signs were missed
It’s strange to feel so unsettled
Like I haven’t done my part
When there’s nothing left to do
Now that you’re gone
It’s such a funny thing
To speak in the past tense
In reference to what was just there
No longer do you live in fear
Know that you’ll never be forgotten
That you’ll always be loved
May you find everything you need
That you couldn’t find here

Today someone I had known of but never really knew on a personal level committed suicide. This was the first time anyone I have ever known has taken their life. It is a lot harder to deal with than I imagined.

I write my life in ink, that way i can still remember the good things, and yet i can never erase my mistakes.

Im sorry for the loss of that person. I've never met anyone who's commited suicide, but my heart goes out for those effected by that persons choice, excpessially the family of him or her.
