Cupid, they say
Will hit you harder than a baseball thrown at your head
That has happened to me and it hurts
And he will make your love for the person sting as if you’ve sat on an ant bed
That has also happened to me and I screamed
But Cupid, he can make the love worth or unworth it
The
Cuddles
Hugs
Presents
Laughs
Texts
And anything else make it worth the love
The
Heartache
Tears
Fights
And breakup
Make it unworth it
But Cupid
Doesn’t and Does care
He wants you and me
To find the right one
And all the people
Who break our hearts
Show him
He needs
To do a better job
To find the one
That makes us
Smile
Laugh
And it will hurt like a baseball to the head
And sting like sitting on an ant bed
So Cupid, good luck with me

This poem is written just about what I think. I had my language arts teacher edit this, so I hope its good!

Great! I loved how it had sort of a melody to it, and how you made something as simple as love into a great poem. Fantastic work. Please read, rate, and comment on my poems! Thanks!
