Throat hurts,
Chest burns,
Heart is beating out of chest.
Body shaking,
Lungs pumping,
Trying to get a breath.
Asthma hurts,
Asthma burns,
But I will prevail.
I will one day win this war
Against this deadly disease
That tries to kill me.
