I belong to the wrong generation.
If only you knew
How amazing they sound.
Nothing like the
impossible-to-understand
artists of today
whose music is here one second
and gone the next,
lost in the tidal wave of
this generation,
whisked away in the rushing water
of rap music.
I prefer mine,
thank you very much!
And so I sit here
and wait
for someone who knows
what the heck I'm talking about
to come by.
