I fall into a pit of hopelessness when
I fall for lies
When you tie a bow then let it
Fall. You see it pull itself apart

When you tie a bow
then let it fall—
Fall apart; making it look like nothing
was there at all
Hopeless bow so pretty and tight
Is now a mess

Fall apart; making it look like nothing was there
Tie me tight around your finger that
Hopeless bow, so pretty and tight
now fallen apart; no bow no more.
