A place where dreams come to life,
Where the sun and the moon hand simultaneously in the sky,
Where heaven meets earth and all is pure,
Everything is vivid, larger than life,
There is no apparent evils or disease,
and everything melds together in perfect unison.
One would expect to be satisfied, continuing on forever in perfect euphoria,
But it only seems to work out properly and happily conclusive in dreams…
Life was like this; yet I grew tired of idealistic perfection,
And craved change, fault, conflict;
Others felt this way too,
They were dissatisfied with the overly jubilant façade
-And that is what it truly was, a façade-
For I soon discovered that there was no such place on heaven or earth,
Without fault.
The utopia fell weak,
Crushed by the self-destruction, mistrust, and slowly altering common ideology of its residents.
The walls around this divine city crumbled and fell to the ground,
Letting in all misfortunes –crime hate and disease- enter,
And furthermore letting all of its captives escape,
Some years later I returned to the city,
To find the streets filled with corruption and poverty.
The people were indifferent to one another as well as death, disease, and the likes of our now faulty mankind.
I cannot say that I am disappointed though,
After all, I had wanted to experience the other side of things,
A perspective in which the rest of mankind so solemnly looked upon as distasteful.

I had unconsciously desired a bitter reality, which in essence once again made me desire to return to my long forgotten utopia,
But, I guess it is too late for that now…
I woke up, wondering why I kept dreaming this crazy fantasy, though everything seems so real..
Then, I wake up in final and realize that this fantasy is a parallel of actual reality for current mankind here on earth,
-Inevitable, Unavoidable, and Unchangeable-
Until Death…
