My imagination ran away with me
And I with my dreams
With wistful thoughts
And hopeful ideas

Stuck in a slumber
I don’t wish to wake from
Pulled into a melody
Sweeter than sugar

My dreams consume me
Body and mind
An imagination takes me away
To a place unknown
And unseen by you
