I see the sun and the moon,
Each in the other’s place.
I see them rush past each other,
Only to slow down like gales to gusts,
A sign of a warm summer night.
I see them with my eyes,
and sense them in my sleep.
I see them radiant behind the clouds,
On a dark and gloomy day,
Their rays bringing me solace.
I feel them when I write,
And I see what I want to see.
I see them grow closer on a chilly fall day,
About to unite in the distant horizon-
An eclipse for a moment- one of wonder for me.

One day, I saw two entities grow very close to each other, and the scene of their union inspired me to write this poem.
