Favorite Quote:
"Ne t'en fais pas ma chérie. Demain est belle."

The fire within the two can immense no more
The tears between the two will not shed from their face
The doors between the two will open before them
And before them, the world is theirs to taste

The smoke has risen above the clouds
The sights have brightened with the sun of morning daylight
The sounds have grown very quiet
The day of ending is very near, there is no one left to fight

Repeat the cries of ever so much desperation into each other’s souls
As the whispering sounds of those who have lost, grow weary
And the time of day comes to a close; the lives of the earth were stolen
And the fire, although beautiful, smothers us all, dreary.

The author's comments:
This piece really was just written from nothing. What I mean by that was that nothing was really going on in my life at the time to motivate me to write something like this. It ultimately suggests the idea that some relationships are just beautiful and terrible at the same time. However, take in as you wish, for all poetry and writing should be looked at from every possible perspective. Thank you for reading.
