reinventing your exit
Since the womb, you've had words to say
Things to do
Obstacles to face
People to judge you
Skin to cut
To listen to your words
It like hearing the deep lacerations you cut into your skin.
Something you find an escape
What light are you trying to find ?
You plant a smile on your face
Strutting around as if there aren't hammering sounds of chimes in your mind
Like bells on a tower
Your someone I consider an idiot
But hey I can't blame you for finding some way
Of inventing an exit, right
