I noticed in class one day that I could tell some people were talking just to talk. It made me contemplate how that is common with so many people, especially people my age, and it made me appreciate the art of writing even more seriously. Language and using the right words are so important; I'm in love with poetry and the effect it gives you when someone really uses the right words together to dig into your soul. I thought about how many times something people say--or something I say-- could be so simple, yet carry so much meaning and emotion behind it. It's more than just words.
