They told me
It was stupid.
I believed what they told me.
They told me
He didn’t love me.
I believed what they told me.
They told me
This was crazy.
I believed what they told me.
They told me
Love would hurt me.
I believed what they told me.
They told me…
The truth.
I believed what they told me.
But if they didn’t
Tell me not to
I wouldn’t have done it.

This is basically just a little poem I wrote about loving and taking risks. The point is that you know from the beginning that it will hurt, but you do it anyway.
