I am strong
I will not give in
I will fight
I will not back down
I will try
I am not going to quit

I will breathe
I will stay calm
I will not let my emotions take over my actions
I will not give in to my emotions

I will keep my mind clear
I will worship and praise God
I will race my heart out
without my emotions

I will talk to the ones bothering me
I will write the way I feel
I will not keep my emotions hidden
I will not ley my emotions rule me

I am strong
I will remain strong
I am not letting my emotions take over
I will breathe and clear my mind

I will race
I will race my heart out
I am strong an I will win
I will believe that I can stay calm
I WILL SUCCEED

The author's comments:
I was having a panic attack when I wrote this...the stress of a huge swimming competition lurking and the feelings of what could be a serious relationship all hit at once, and this is the piece that I wrote during it to calm myself down.
